Egis Construction LLC has over 15 years experience with insurance roof replacements in Saint Charles, O'Fallon, and St. Louis – In some cases, when storm damage is severe, an insurance claim may be the most logical option. One of our certified inspectors will inspect your entire property for any damage that may have been sustained from a recent wind or hail storm.
From architectural shingles, metal roofing, siding, gutters to window screens, pool covers, patio furniture and awnings – anything that may have been affected, we will document and prepare a detailed estimate. It is important for your Contractor to be present for the adjuster meeting to ensure that all of the damage is accounted for and the allowances are enough for equal or greater quality material to be used for your restoration project. We will complete and provide all necessary documentation for your claim and help in collecting all of the funds for your project.
One of our trained, certified inspectors will complete a free roof inspection and recommend which is the best direction to take. We can provide an inspection report with corresponding photos along with an estimate.
If a claim is filed with your insurance company, an adjuster appointment will be set by your insurance company. Notify your project manager as soon as the insurance adjuster appointment is scheduled as they will be present to represent on your behalf and ensure all damage is accounted for with proper measurements, etc.
The insurance adjuster will send you an estimate for the approved scope of work. We will review the paperwork to confirm all items are included. We will prepare the agreement according directly to the estimate provided by your insurance company. If there is additional work that arises during the construction process we will invoice your insurance company directly.
Complete all details of the project such as color choices, materials, etc. to include on the contract.
Project completion. Once you are satisfied, Egis will send a verification of completion and final invoice to your insurance company.
After your insurance company confirms all of the work has been completed, they will issue the recoverable depreciation and any supplements to you. We will then send you the final invoice.
Once you receive the recoverable depreciation and supplement funds, final payment is due to us. It's as easy as that!
